Transformer Winding Conductor Welding Machine

1.     Application:

It is mainly used for welding of transformer copper wire, aluminum wire.

The working power supply of the welding machine is single-phase 380V, and the cross-section of the welded copper/aluminum wire can be welded normally below 10mm² to 100mm².
The output voltage is adjusted in 5-steps using a transfer-switch to reliably meet the above requirements.

2.     Principle

The THYM-10KVA brazing machine incoming line uses a single-phase 380V voltage. During operation, the DZ47 air switch is closed, and the 24V red signal light on the panel indicates that the power is on. Through the foot switch SF1, control the AC contactor JLC on-off time to control the welding. According to the schematic diagram, the brazing transformer has 4-speed taps, and the switch on the panel is used to select the welding voltage. A total of 5-gears are selected.
