Movable Vacuum Pump unit

It is used to evacuate the transformer tanks.

In power transformer manufacturing plant after putting dried active part (CCA) in tank vacuum is applied to remove moisture.

Process is called post drying. Transformer oil is also filled under vacuum.

The vacuum system1 consist of:

Rotary vacuum pump;

Roots pump;

Condensers and cooling system;

Electronic vacuum gauge;

Necessary piping & valves

Electrical panel;

Ultimate vacuum<0.05mbar.

With manual and automatic operation mode, PLC and touch screen can be integrated.
