Solvent-Free Mesh Cloth on Transformer
    Solvent-Free Mesh Cloth on Transformer

Product Description:

Solvent-Free Mesh Cloth on Transformer

Solvent-free mesh cloth is a semi-cured insulation material for transformer casting,

made from alkali-free glass fiber mesh cloth impregnated with special solvent-free epoxy resin and baked.

Features

This product uses solvent-free special epoxy resin to impregnate and bake the mesh cloth to form a semi-cured state.

During the transformer casting process, the material continues to cross-link with the casting epoxy resin and does

not produce small molecule byproducts. Since the system does not contain solvents and no small molecules are

generated during the reaction process, it ensures that there is no air gap discharge inside the transformer and maintains

a low partial discharge value. In addition, the glass fiber mesh cloth has high mechanical strength and can effectively

prevent cracking and slagging of the casting body.
