H Class GHG -Glass Fiber fabric combined insulation material
H-grade GHG composite foil is a three-layer soft material consisting of polyimide film coated with adhesive and bonded to alkali-free glass fiber cloth on both sides.
It offers H-grade temperature resistance and is suitable for interlayer insulation in low-voltage coils of H-grade dry-type transformers.
Features
High mechanical strength, low shrinkage, excellent electrical properties, good flame retardancy, H-grade heat resistance,
thermal expansion coefficient close to copper foil, soft and tear-resistant, wide width range. These features better meet usage requirements.
Application
Suitable for interlayer and end-seal insulation in low-voltage coils of dry-type transformers, and for interturn, interslot,
and liner insulation in F-class and H-class motors, generators, and electrical appliances.
Packaging and storage
The product is sealed in reinforced plastic film bags and packed into cartons, with each carton weighing no more than 50 kg.
Store in a well-ventilated, dry environment at room temperature. During transportation and storage, ensure fire prevention,
moisture protection, pressure resistance, and sun protection. The shelf life at room temperature is 12 months.
