Product Description:

F-grade DMD epoxy prepreg consists of a central polyester film sandwiched between two layers of polyester fiber non-woven fabric. This composite is impregnated with F-grade heat-resistant resin and subsequently heated and baked to form a semi-cured layered material. Final curing is required by users upon application. This material serves as a reliable thermal bonding agent, rated at the F grade (155°C).

Product Features:
1. High mechanical strength and superior electrical properties, making it suitable for high-strength insulation systems;
2. Excellent flexibility, strong adhesion between the resin and the DMD matrix, no dust shedding, and no fading;
3. Extended storage life and simplified molding process;
4. Contains a high proportion of soluble resin, ensuring tight bonding with metal conductors after curing and achieving high peel strength;
5. Low volatile content, which ensures minimal partial discharge in the final product.

Product Applications:
This material is applicable for F-grade dry-type transformer coil interlayer insulation, end-seal insulation, motor turn-to-turn insulation, and rolled laminated tubes.

Packaging and Storage:
The product is packaged in plastic bags and then placed in cartons, with each carton weighing no more than 60 kg. It should be stored in a well-ventilated and dry environment at room temperature. During transportation and storage, precautions must be taken to prevent fire, moisture, pressure, and exposure to sunlight. Under these conditions, the product has a shelf life of 6 months.
