Epoxy-Resin Prepreg GHG Flexible Lam

H-grade GHG prepreg consists of polyimide film and alkali-free glass fiber cloth,         

impregnated with H-grade heat-resistant resin and baked to  form a semi-cured material. Users must perform final curing during application. 

It offers reliable hot-tack performance and meets H-grade heat resistance.

Special glass components are selected to make the thermal expansion coefficient and dielectric constant of the composite material close to copper foil,   

The surface is treated with coupling agent to prevent cracking between layers and improve the mechanical strength of the product

Application

It is suitable for F and H class dry-type transformer coil interlayer insulation, end seal insulation, motor turn-to-turn insulation, rolled layer tubes, 

and other specially shaped insulation components.

Packaging and Storage

The product is sealed in a reinforced plastic film bag and packed into cartons, with each carton weighing no more than 60 kg. Store in a well-ventilated, 

dry environment at room temperature. During transportation and storage, ensure fire prevention, moisture protection, pressure resistance, and sun protection. 

The shelf life at room temperature is 6 months.
